In light of recent developments with respect to COVID-19, or coronavirus, we are implementing additional precautionary measures and have provided information to help you stay prepared and safe. We will continue to monitor the situation daily so that we can be agile in our response. We will provide updates as needed. Accessing Your Money

All of our branches and services are open and our staff is here to continue to serve you. You should ask yourself, what are the different ways you can access your money? You should always have more than one way. Here are a few ideas to consider:

  • CREDIT & DEBIT CARD
    Access to your Debit and Credit Cards will be avaliable 24/7.

  • ONLINE & MOBILE BANKING
    Online and mobile banking is available 24/7.
    To sign up, give us a call, or if you have an email address set up on your account, you can sign up here.

  • CHECKS
    If you don’t own a book of checks, it wouldn’t hurt to have some as a back-up.

  • MOBILE DEPOSIT
    Deposit checks in the comfort of your own home using your smartphone.

  • ATM ACCESS
    ATMs will be available 24/7 for quick access to cash.

  • CASH ON HAND
    Keep some cash on hand. It doesn’t have to be much, but it’s helpful to have some available during emergencies.

Update Regarding Branch Access

Dear Members,

We are taking the health of our members, employees, and their families very seriously. Health experts continue to encourage businesses and individuals to practice safety precautions like social distancing, washing hands, and keeping surfaces clean. We believe it is our duty and social responsibility to help flatten the curve and slow the spread of COVID-19.

Beginning Wednesday, March 18, ISU Credit Union will temporarily close access to our lobbies. Our drive-thrus remain open, the credit union is open and remains fully staffed, and we continue to offer our full suite of banking services during this time. We simply want to reduce the points of in-person contact to maintain health and safety.

Additionally, we are extending our drive-thru and call center hours to be open from 8:00am-6:00pm. Our member contact center is available to handle most transactions over the phone, and we encourage members to continue using our online and mobile banking tools for all of their needs.

Cash is available through the drive thru, at our ATM’s, or by selecting “cash back” at most retailers. Loans can be done virtually through eSignatures on our website or by calling any of our friendly loan officers ready to help. Deposits can be made at the drive thru, through our night drop box, via our ATM’s, or on your mobile device using Remote Deposit Capture.

ISU Credit Union places the health and safety of our members and employees as top priority. As concerns surrounding coronavirus (COVID-19) heighten, we want to ensure we are taking necessary precautions to protect the well-being of all. Employees are washing hands and applying hand sanitizer frequently. We have encouraged staff who are feeling ill to stay home and recover, offering paid leave at no expense to them.

We will continue to monitor the situation. For your ease and convenience, we have many options for doing business electronically. Through online banking, our mobile app, and use of your debit card, you can deposit a check from home, transfer funds, make purchases, use our full-service ATM’s, or apply for a low rate mortgage. In addition, we welcome you to contact our Member Services Team with any requests at (208) 235-7100.

ISU Credit Union has always had a Crisis Management Team in place to be prepared for emergency situations and to prevent or minimize any interruption of service to our members. Our Crisis Management Team has been meeting on a regular basis and is prepared to implement different phases of protection for our staff and members as needed.

3/18/2020: Annual Meeting Postponed

Our traditional Annual Meeting which was to be held on Wednesday, March 18, has been postponed. As a precaution, the decision was made by the Board of Directors to cancel the previously scheduled March 18th Annual Meeting. Board of Directors election results will be posted here at 5pm on Wednesday.
