ARTT (Audio Response Telephone Teller) is available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week to help you access your accounts anywhere you have telephone service. To sign up for ARTT, fill out this form and bring it to one of our locations.

To send a wire from your account to another Institution, contact Member Services at ISU Credit Union with the following information:
    Name of Credit Union, Bank or Financial Institution to receive wire
    City, State (And Country if a foreign wire)
    Routing Number (US only)
    ABA Number or Swift code(Foreign only)

   For US wires, the specified receiving institution must be on-line with the Federal Reserve.  

   For most institutions, the wire will be sent to a central office and credited to the desired         Branch location.

   For foreign wires, the entire exact address of the financial institution must be included or        the wire cannot be sent. 

   Complete information on the recipient must also be received:
       Name of person  to receive wire
       Account #
       Amount of wire
       Special Instructions

LPL Investment Services
ISU Credit Union offers complete Brokerage, Investment and Insurance services.  Here is more information.

Direct Deposit
For immediate access to your money, enjoy the convenience of the direct deposit of your Social Security, Pension or Payroll funds directly into your account. No more running to the credit union on your lunch hour or standing in long payday lines! Check with your employer or Social Security office to get started.

Safe Deposit Boxes
Safe Deposit Boxes are available at our 202 W. Alameda Office in Pocatello and our Idaho Falls branch at 1385 Fremont Street.   The boxes range in size and price from 3 X 5 for $12/yr, 3 X 10 for $20/yr, and 5 X 10 for $30/yr.

VISA Travel Cards
If you prefer not to carry your ISU Credit Union debit or credit cards or large amounts or cash when you travel, we can provide a VISA Travel Card.  VISA Travel cards can be reloaded three times. 

We can also provide you with VISA Gift Cards.  You'll never have to worry about giving a wrong size or having a gift returned again.  VISA Gift cards are accepted anywhere they accept VISA.

Notary Services
Notary Services are available to members at all offices free of charge during normal business hours, Monday to Friday.

Scholarships
In 2009, ISU Credit Union is awarding eight $1,000.00 scholarships to Idaho State University for our student members.
