ARTT will ask you for your full account number and your PIN (Personal Identification Number)
Your PIN is a unique four-digit number that you choose at the credit union. Come by or call us at (208) 235-7100 for assistance.

User Guide & Service Codes

Account Balances
Press "1" from the main menu

- Press "1" for share (savings) balances
- Press "2" for loan balances
- Press "3" for certificate balances
- Press "4" to list dividends earned
- Press "5" to list interest paid
- Press "6" for IRA deposits
- Press "*" to return to main menu

Money Transactions
Press "2" from the main menu

- Press "1" for transfers between the same account or to another account
- Press "2" for share withdrawals (a check will be mailed to you)
- Press "3" for loan payments to the same account or another account
- Press "4" for loan advances to the same account or another account
- Press "*" to return to main menu

Account History (current and previous month only)
Press "3" from the main menu

- Press "1" to see if a check has cleared
- Press "2" for share/checking history
- Press "3" for loan history
- Press "*" to return to main menu

Account Services
Press "4" from the main menu

- Press "1" to order checks
- Press "2" to check the status of a loan application
- Press "3" to change your PIN
- Press "*" to return to main menu

Other Services
Press "5" from the main menu

- Press "1" for office and drive-up hours
- Press "2" for credit union news
- Press "3" for loan rates
- Press "4" to make loan calculations

To Access a Different Account
Press "9" from the main menu
Enter your account number followed by the "#" key, and then your PIN or Social Security Number.
