New Login Process
To comply with recent regulations and protect you from identity theft, we have made some changes to the way you Login to NETELLER. These changes will involve two parts:

1. First, we have eliminated using your Account Number to login to Neteller. Instead of using your account number to login, you will be asked to setup a new Login ID that will take the place of your account number each time you login. This new Login ID must be between eight (8) and twenty five (25) characters and must contain at least two numbers or special characters. (i.e. 1, 3, @, *, etc.). Once you create this new Login ID you must use it to access Neteller in the future. If you would like to change your Login ID, you can do so on Neteller the same way you change your password. If you forget your Login ID, contact one of our branches and we will reset it for you. (NOTE: This change will not affect your password. However, you can also change your password on Neteller.)

2. The second change is implementing what are called "Challenge Questions." These questions will help ensure your account information is confidential. The first time you login to your account, and after creating your Login ID, you will see ten (10) questions displayed on the screen. Those questions are:
. What city where you born in?
. What is your mother's maiden name?
. What is your favorite color?
. What was your first pet's name?
. What is your favorite food?
. What is the name of a favorite school teacher?
. What is the name of a favorite childhood friend?
. What is your favorite vacation place?
. What is your grandmother's maiden name?
. In what city was your grandfather born?

The first time you login you will be required to answer at least six (6) of these questions. Then each time you login after that, you will be asked to answer one (1) of those questions, randomly selected. Only after you correctly answer this question will you be logged into Neteller. You can change your answers to these questions at anytime on Neteller. If you forget your answers to these questions just call one of our branches and we will reset them for you. (NOTE: Your answers to these questions are case sensitive. So "pocatello" is not the same as "POCATELLO.")

So in summary, the first time you login you will be required to complete these steps before accessing your account:
. Go to the Neteller Login screen
. Use your Account Number and current password to login
. Create a new Login ID (8-25 characters with at least 2 numbers or special characters)
. Answer at least 6 of the 10 challenge questions

After you have completed this initial setup, each time you login to Neteller you will be required to complete these steps before accessing your account:
. Go to the Neteller Login screen
. Use your new Login ID and current password to login
. Answer one of the 6 (or more) questions you previously setup.

Downloading Account History In QIF Format
The QIF file format supports downloads to MS Money and Quicken 2004 and later. Quicken 2005 and above will not support the QIF format. You can download your account history in QIF format by logging into your account and clicking on Account History, selecting QIF Format Download, and clicking on Get History. Netscape users will have a box pop up prompting them where to save the file. Internet Explorer users will have a different box pop up, similiar to the one on the right. Select "Open From Current Location" and click OK.

The box that appears when using Internet ExplorerThis will display the contents of the file on the screen. You can save the file in two different ways: copy and paste into a text editor such as Notepad and save it, or right-click on the text and select "View Source" which will automatically put it into Notepad.

Either way, you need to save the file and name it with ".qif" at the end. For example, account.qif. You can then import this file into your Finalical Software.

Internet Explorer users will save the file to disk and then import the file from where you have saved the .qif file.

Quicken's .QIF file format
When you download your account history in Quicken format, the downloaded file is a .QIF file, not a normal Quicken file. You cannot open it as you would a normal Quicken File which has a .QBW ending. To use it with Quicken, you must choose Import from Quicken's File menu and then select the .QIF file that you downloaded.

Quicken Users Please Note: The new OFX file format for downloading account history into Quicken 2005 or newer is no longer supported. Neteller still supports the QIF file format which will work with Quicken 2004 or earlier and most other software packages. However, if you upgrade to Quicken 2005 or newer, you will no longer be able to import your account history.

Quicken now requires Financial Institutions to pay a subscription fee to Intuit in order to provide the OFX download option. At this point we have decided not to support the OFX download. If you would still like to utilize this functionality we recommend switching to a different software package that supports the QIF file format.
