As a member-owner of ISU Credit Union, you can be confident your financial privacy is a top priority of the Board of Directors you elect to run your credit union. We are committed to providing you with competitive products and services to meet your financial needs, which necessitates that we share information about you to complete your transactions and to provide you with certain financial opportunities. In order to do so, we have entered into agreements with other companies that provide either services to us or additional financial products for you to consider. Our web server carries a digital certificate that supports up to 128-bit key encryption. This allows private information to be encrypted, or scrambled, as it travels across the Internet. Only our server and your browser can read your private information.

E-mail is not secure; therefore, we will not e-mail any confidential information, such as account numbers, security words, NETELLER passwords, etc. We also encourage members to not e-mail the credit union with private information they would not want other people to see.
