On or off campus, you can use your BengalCard Plus at more than 28,000 surcharge-free ATMs nationwide. A debit card, not a credit card, the BengalCard Plus deducts purchases and withdrawals directly from your ISU Credit Union checking account.

Why should I Participate? It's great for your business! Offering a special incentive to faculty, staff or students using the BengalCard Plus is a great way to build your customer base while supporting ISU. Download Merchant Participation agreement View participating merchants What kind of incentive is expected? That's entirely your decision. It could be a price discount, a percentage off offer, Buy-One-Get-One, or anything you can dream up to promote usage of the BengalCard Plus and bring traffic to your business. Who has a BengalCard Plus Card? Thousands of ISU faculty, staff and students will have the BengalCard Plus. Ages will range from 17-retirees. As ISU student enrollment continues to grow, so will the number of BengalCard Plus holders. How will students know to come to my business? Merchants participating in the BengalCard Plus incentive program will be recognized several ways: The Bengal (Student Newspaper) will advertise BengalCard Plus merchants on a regular basis. BengalCard Plus Website (www.bengalcardplus.com) is specifically dedicated to the card and will include information about participating merchants as well as links to your business's website. Dedicated Facebook page in which messages will be sent to students announcing new discounts and reminding them to show their BengalCard Plus at participating businesses. Advertising via a flat screen television inside the Pond Student Union building. This will provide your business with visibility to thousands of potential customers you would spend thousands of dollars to reach any other way. Business window clings. We will provide you with window clings to be placed in your business so BengalCard Plus card holders know you are a participating merchant. What if I want to change my incentive? Your BengalCard Plus incentive will be automatically renewed unless you notify us you want to change it. Lost Card Contact Information Report lost or stolen cards by calling 208.282.2515, or call ISU Credit Union at 208.235.7100. You may also contact us by email at lostbengalcardplus@isucu.net. Please include your name, University ID number, and a phone number where we can reach you in the body of the message. If you suspect the theft and/or unauthorized use of this card, report this to Department of Public Safety.
